Shortcutter is back. Shortcutter 2: Quick Settings MOD APK brings more control to Android Quick Settings by letting users add custom tiles, shortcuts, power toggles and everyday tools straight into the pull-down panel they already use. No replacement panel is needed. Instead, people choose the tiles they want and place them alongside their regular system tiles using Android’s own Quick Settings editor.

Beyond Quick Settings, the app works as a shortcut maker for apps, contacts, direct dial, messages, websites and system settings. These shortcuts can be launched from the home screen, widgets, Sidebar or Floating Toolbox. The Sidebar slides out from the left, right or bottom edge, while the Floating Toolbox can be moved anywhere on the screen, giving quick access without digging through menus.

Built-in tools include a floating calculator, stopwatch, countdown timer, clipboard manager, weather forecast, flashlight, screen capture, screen recording and battery tools. Users can also jump straight to Android settings screens for display, sound, notifications, battery, apps and more. Where direct control is restricted, Shortcutter simply opens the relevant settings panel.

Theme Studio lets users customise colours, backgrounds, gradients, borders, corners and icon shapes for the Sidebar and Floating Toolbox with a live preview. Most features work without root, though some advanced actions may use ADB or Secure Settings. The app is free to use, with an optional Premium unlock for extra features. Shortcutter requests permissions only when a chosen feature requires them and uses the Accessibility Service only for actions such as Back, Home and Recent Apps.
